Reviews from Our customers
I scheduled an appointment for an AC tune-up before the heat of the summer. Ernesto arrived within the timeframe that I was given and assessed the AC and determined an issue that needed repair. Price for the repair and tune-up were reasonable. He takes great pride in his work and I was very happy with the service, not to mention the spotlessly clean and quiet AC that's now keeping the house very cool. Great work!
Profesional, courteous, excellent work, prompt.
**Updated: The initial service was great. That’s about it. After that, he became completely irresponsible and unresponsive. It seems he’s only interested in chasing big projects that bring in big money. He even asked me to leave a 5-star review—which I did—but it’s shocking how quickly his attitude changed once the service was done and he got his stars. P.S. We installed an entire AC unit costing over $10k, yet not a single follow-up or maintenance since. Apparently, 5-star reviews are where his service ends.
10/10 would recommend. Ernesto was truly a delight. He was knowledgeable, explained everything that was wrong, and gave us the estimate prior to fixing. Great experience.
They delivered high-quality work on time and within budget. Professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.
Very prompt and honest. We had a quote for thousands of dollars from another service company so we called San Jose Healing & Cooling for a second quote. We are so glad we did. He showed up on time and quickly found the real problem with our air conditioning. Fixed and charged a very reasonably amount.
San Jose Heating & Cooing came out within a few days of our problem and was able to fix our A/C within 2 more days. Great workers and very timely. Will use them again.
After calling a couple companies, I began to feel overwhelmed with choosing the right one to come for a consultation and installation. In the end, I was really pleased with my decision to go with San Jose Heating & Cooling. Eric answered my call quickly and was able to schedule a consultation right away. I appreciated their professionalism honesty, and also their ability to give me a fair price and explain everything in a way that I could easily understand. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.
